This product is a good first catcher set. The leg guards dont fit as well as they should, but they are adjustable. My son will have fun with this set, I'm sure Make sure you buy it direct from Amazon. We went with a different seller and it was damaged in shipping because the box was not packed or sealed properly. The seller didn't have another one so we made due with the one we have. Not happy about that at all! Overall, it was a good purchase for our beginner catcher.
This catchers gear was just perfect for my 7 year old and at $80 I couldnt be happier. Also, a baseball hit his facemask while playing catch and it didnt even phase him.
