My daughter plays on a 10u fastpitch travel team. She had been wanting a hockey style catcher's helmet but could not find one that was very comfortable. Either the padding in the top was very stiff or the chin padding was uncomfortable. We played in the Mizuno Classic and they had a product truck there where the girls could try on gloves, helmets, etc. She tried on the Samurai G3 and loved it. The padding was super soft throughout and the chin padding did not irritate her face. Great purchase, great product. I will keep buying her a Samurai helmet as she gets older.
My son loves it! We've tried some other brands but the Mizuno fit and looks better.
